Who can attend the clinic?
The clinic is open to self-represented petitioners and respondents in California DVRO cases.
What should I bring?
Bring any existing court documents related to your case, a list of dates and incidents you'd like the court to know about, and a valid photo ID. Our team will walk you through everything else. See our Documents to Bring section below for a full checklist by service.
What happens after I sign up?

Is the $500 fee due at the clinic?
A $50 deposit is required to reserve your session. The remaining $450 balance is charged in person on the day of your clinic — we'll confirm the details when your session is scheduled.
How long does a clinic session take?
Appointment windows are 10:00 AM–2:00 PM or 2:00 PM–6:00 PM, but these are the full windows during which sessions are available — not a required stay. On average, clients complete their paperwork in 2–4 hours, though total time can vary depending on the complexity of your case and how many forms or orders are involved. You're welcome to leave as soon as your paperwork is complete.
Can I book a clinic on a weekend?
Clinics can be scheduled on Saturdays per staff availability. To request weekend availability, complete our Clinic Callback Request Form and indicate your availability in the field labeled “Anything else you'd like us to know?”
What's your cancellation and rescheduling policy?
Deposits are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, your deposit can be applied to a new session as long as you request the change at least 48 hours before your original appointment by emailing info@udoitlegal.com. Requests made less than 48 hours in advance, or no-shows, will forfeit the deposit. Clients arriving within 30 minutes of their scheduled start time will not be considered a no-show; after that, the session may be forfeited to accommodate other bookings.
