UDIL only provides services for Divorce and Domestic Violence Restraining Order cases at this time.

You must be a self representing litigant (i.e. not represented by a lawyer) with legal decision-making capacity.

Important Disclaimers
Clinic hours are from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The amount of time each participant needs will vary depending on their case. Most participants without minor children finish in 2-3 hours, while cases involving custody and visitation orders may require 4+ hours to complete and organize their forms.
Completing this form does not guarantee a spot in the clinic. Space is limited due to office capacity and safety protocols (typically 5–10 participants per session).
After you submit the interest form above, our staff will generally contact you within 3 business days to coordinate scheduling and confirm availability.
A $500 payment is required to secure your spot once your participation is confirmed. Payment instructions will be provided at that time.
