Whether a clinic is held on a given date—and whether it will serve Divorce, DVRO Type A, or DVRO Type B clients—will depend on the number and type of registrations we receive. Clinic attendance is by-appointment only, no walk ins. Participants will receive confirmation of the date, time, and location of the clinic at least 2 business days in advance. You must be 18 years of age or older.

You must either live in California or be eligible to participate in a California family law proceeding

Case Type
UDIL only provides services for Divorce and Domestic Violence Restraining Order cases at this time.

You must be a self representing litigant (i.e. not represented by a lawyer) with legal decision-making capacity.
